The court is cleaned of all loose dirt and debris. Any peeling coatings are scraped away. We then wash the surface with a hybrid pressure and bleach solution to remove mildew, organic buildup, and stubborn stains.
Cracks are cleared with brooms or hand tools to remove dirt and vegetation. We apply an acrylic-cementitious filler that is leveled once hardened. For larger cracks, a three-component fiber tape system (known as Rite Way) is applied to bridge over the repair, extending its service life.
Specialty acrylic coatings are mixed with water, silica sand, and pigments. An acrylic resurfacer is laid down as a base coat, followed by at least two coats of pigmented material. On rough or heavily cracked surfaces, additional coats may be required.
Courts are measured to regulation standards. Using a line taping machine, tape is applied for sharp edges instead of relying on spray-only applications. Primer is added between tape lines to prevent bleeding, and one or more coats of textured acrylic line paint complete the layout. Multi-use courts can feature different colors for tennis, pickleball, and basketball.
Once coatings and lines are finished, TruSeal can install net posts, nets, or basketball hoops so the court is immediately ready for play. For multi-use setups, mobile pickleball nets can be furnished. Perimeter mesh screens are also available to provide privacy and reduce wind interference.
